Summer Art Camp

Grades 1st - 5th

Join us for a week of fun and exciting creative activities! We will engage children's natural curiosity, imagination, and creativity as we explore a variety of art techniques and materials, including paint, pastels, clay, cardboard construction, and more! Drawing inspiration from famous artists, books, music, and nature, children will engage their body, mind, and heart in exploring many aspects of the visual arts. Come explore, experiment, and create with us!

Please wear play clothes that can get messy:)

Participants must bring a lunch and water bottle each day. A snack will be provided.

Ages: Grades 1-5

Looking for something fun to do with the family? Come down to the Mission Viejo Night Market on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Food trucks, local vendors, kids play area, and live music!

Creative Roots will be hosting a booth with a FREE art project/craft for kids!

Everyday Sourdough

Learn how breadmaking can fit into everyday life. This hands-on workshop will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to start baking wholesome sourdough bread immediately. Take home a starter, a tea towel, and a packet including recipes and helpful tips and tricks.
